摘要

文章在对1 400 MW等级核电汽轮机低压导流环的结构特点及工艺难点的深入分析的基础上,结合首台试制经验,将导流环的制造策略、工艺要点均进行了梳理和总结,对后续同类型的导流环加工具有一定的技术参考价值。
        The paper analyses the structure characteristics and technological difficulties of LP guide ring for 1 400 MW nuclear steam turbine in combination with the trial production experience of the first unit and sums up the manufacturing strategy and process points of the LP guide ring, which has certain technical reference value for subsequent processing of the same type of guide ring.
