FADD蛋白表达与结肠癌的相关性及护理对策分析

摘要
为探讨结肠癌患者癌组织中Fas相关死亡结构域蛋白(FADD)的表达及患者手术后的护理对策,本研究选取实施手术治疗的100例结肠癌患者的癌组织及其中符合要求的50例癌旁组织进行分析,采用免疫组化染色技术检测两组标本中的FADD蛋白表达情况,并分析FADD与结肠癌患者的临床病理学特征的关系及结肠癌患者手术后的护理要点。研究发现癌组织中FADD蛋白的阳性表达率66.00%显著的低于癌旁组织的86.00%,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05);低分化、浸润深度达到浆膜内、TNM分期为Ⅲ期、发生淋巴结转移的癌组织中FADD蛋白的阳性表达率显著的低于高中分化、浸润深度未及浆膜、TNM分期(Ⅰ和Ⅱ期)、未发生淋巴结转移的结肠癌患者,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05);FADD蛋白在癌组织中的阳性表达与患者年龄、性别、病灶情况和病理类型无显著关联(p>0.05)。本研究表明,结肠癌患者癌组织中FADD蛋白表达下调,并且与肿瘤进展存在密切关联。
To investigate the expression of Fas-associated protein with death domain(FADD) in cancer tissues of colon cancer patients and the nursing countermeasures after operation, in this research, 100 cases of colon carcinoma tissues from patients with surgical treatment and 50 cases which meet the requirements of the cancer tissues were collected and analyzed. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect two groups of specimens in the expression situation of FADD protein. And the relationship between FADD and the characteristics of colorectal cancer patients,also the nursing operation points were studied. It was found that the positive expression rate of FADD protein cancer tissues was 66.00% which was significantly lower than that of paracancerous tissue at 86%, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05). The positive expression rate of FADD protein in cancer tissue with low differentiation, infiltration depth into serosa, Ⅲ grade in TNM staging and lymphatic metastasis was significantly lower than that in colon cancer patients with high and medium differentiation, no infiltration depth into serosa, Ⅰor Ⅱ grade of TNM staging and no lymph node metastasis, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05). The expression of FADD protein in cancer tissue had no significant relationship with age, gender, lesion condition and pathological type(p>0.05). The results of this research could be concluded that the expression of FADD protein could be down regulated in colon cancer patients, and might be closely related to tumor progression.
