摘要
新西兰某建筑遭受了2016年11月14日凯库拉7. 8级地震,出现一定程度的损伤。为保证结构安全,对该建筑进行了抗震安全评估,针对存在的扭转和承载力不足等问题,结合使用功能不得中断的要求,经研究采用外部附加带框钢支撑弱连接技术进行加固。该技术采用高强螺栓与原结构连接,经模型试验验证加固效果良好,且不需入户,施工快捷,造价低,取得了较好的社会效益和经济效益。
A building in New Zealand had suffered a certain degree of damage after a magnitude 7. 8 earthquake of Kaikoura on November 14,2016. In order to ensure its structural safety,the seismic safety assessment of the building is carried out. According to the excited problem including torsion and lack of capacity and uninterruptible requirements for using features,the building is decided to be strengthened by using the weak connection technology of steel brace with border. The technology of high-strength bolts to connect with the original structure is applied,and the good strengthening effects are verified by model test. The technology also has some other advantages such as no need to enter the home,fast construction and low cost,and it achieves some social and economic benefits.
