三元采出井加药装置节能降耗技术应用

摘要
点滴加药装置作为三元采出井普遍采用的防垢设备在油田现场广泛应用,加药装置数量大且常年运行导致能耗较高。为了节能降耗,对现有装置技术性能指标进行分析,找出高耗电原因,采用保温材料覆盖箱体及管线、优化药剂浓度、精确计算伴热带所需功率、自动控温电伴热等方法和技术对装置进行改造。现场应用结果表明,改造后的25套加药设备运行平稳,性能稳定,被加药井未出现大面积卡泵等泵况问题,单套装置平均日节电29.65 kWh,降耗达39.34%,节能效果显著。
        As a widely use of anti-scaling equipment in ASP flooding production Wells, drip dosing device is broad used in oil field. The large number of long time running dosing devices led to high energy consumption. In order to save energy and reduce consumption, technique specifications of the device were analyzed. The cause of high power consumption was found. The device was transformed by methods and technologies such as insulation material covering box and pipeline,optimization of chemical concentration,accurate calculation of power required for heat tapes, and automatic temperature control. The results of field application indicate that the modified dosing equipment runs smoothly and has stable and reliable performance. In dosing wells, there is no problem of large numbers of stuck pump. After the implementation,28.12 KWh electricity were saved per unit per day. Energy saving effect is remarkable.
