冠心病患者心率变异性的临床意义

摘要
目的探讨冠心病患者心率变异性的临床意义。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月在医院就诊的74例冠心病患者作为研究对象,并将其命名为试验组,同时选取非冠心病的74名健康者作为对照组,比较两组心率变异指数。结果试验组心率变异指数明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者的心率变异指数较正常人有很大差异。冠心病患者心率变异性的临床分析,有助于把握患者心肌缺血与心律失常的实际情况,便于及时给予干预措施。
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical analysis and significance of heart rate variability in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 74 cases of coronary heart disease patients in this hospital during the period of Jan.2017 to Jan.2018 were selected as the research subjects,and they were named as experimental group;74 normal people with non coronary heart disease during the same period were selected as the control group;the difference of heart rate variability indexes between the two groups was compared.Results The heart rate variability index of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The heart rate variability index of patients with coronary heart disease is much different from that of normal persons.The clinical analysis of heart rate variability is helpful to grasp the actual situation of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia,and is convenient to give intervention measures in time.It is of great value in clinical research.
