一期缝合治疗口腔颌面部狗咬伤的临床疗效

摘要
目的对比分析口腔颌面部狗咬伤患者一期缝合与延期缝合的疗效。方法选择42例口腔颌面部狗咬伤患者随机分为对照组与观察组。给予对照组延期缝合进行治疗,观察组则采用一期缝合治疗。比较分析两组的感染发生率以及伤口愈合美观性。结果观察组的伤口感染发生率(4.76%)低于对照组(33.33%),P<0.05;观察组的伤口愈合美观性最佳率(80.95%)比对照组(52.38%)高。结论给予口腔颌面部狗咬伤患者一期缝合进行治疗,不仅能降低术后感染发生率,还能保证患者面部疤痕修复的效果。
        Objective To compare and analyze the curative effect of one-stage suture and delayed suture in patients with dog bite in oral and maxillofacial region.Methods 42 patients with dog bite in oral and maxillofacial region were randomly divided into controlgroup and observation group. The control group were given delayed suture and the observation group were given one-stage suture.Results The incidence of wound infection in the observation group(4.76%)was lower than that in the control group(33.33%),P<0.05. The best rate of wound healing in the observation group(80.95%)was higher than that in the control group(52.38%). The primary suture of dog bite can not only reduce the incidence of postoperative infection, but also ensure the effect of facial scar repair.
