摘要
随着国家、京津冀地区及山东省环境保护政策的全面推进,针对滨州北海石化工业园货物运输通道,从运输方式的选择及线路走向角度研究了管带运输方案和铁路专用线方案。通过方案优缺点分析,从技术、经济、规划、环保等角度对方案进行综合评价,提出管带运输方案作为货运通道推荐方案。管带运输与铁路运输相结合,作为一种新型的货物运输方式,能够实现货物绿色、环保、高效运输,为新形势下工业园区货物运输体系的发展提供实践支持。
        With implementation of the environmental protection policies at both national and local levels across Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area and Shandong province, this paper studies and compares two freight transportation plans: pipeline and railway special line from the aspects of transportation mode and line route for the petrochemical industrial park in Beihai economic development zone in Binzhou. Based on its comparative analysis on the merits and demerits of the two proposals, this paper recommendes the former one, which is evaluated in terms of technology, economy, planning and environmental protection. This paper concludes that pipeline-railway intermodal transportation, a new freight transport means featuring green, environment-friendly and efficient transport mode, will facilitate sound development of the freight transportation network at industrial parks in the new era.
