垂体嗜酸细胞瘤1例报道并文献复习
摘要
垂体瘤是一组来源于腺垂体和神经垂体及胚胎期颅咽管囊残余鳞状上皮肿瘤。垂体瘤约占颅内肿瘤15%,临床上有明显症状的垂体瘤约占中枢神经系统肿瘤的30%,而垂体嗜酸细胞瘤亦称大嗜酸粒细胞腺瘤,是十分少见的一类肿瘤。SCO通常出现在中老年人。典型的表现是视力障碍及腺垂体功能减退的表现。该病例治疗后报道复发较少。但据以往的报道大多为良性的肿瘤。以往的病理学分类用苏木素伊红染色可分为嗜酸性、嗜碱性、嫌色性腺瘤及混合性腺瘤。这个案例报道了临床表现并不典型的垂体嗜酸细胞瘤的报道。
