中国体癣和股癣诊疗指南(2018修订版)

摘要
<正>1定义体癣(tinea corporis)指发生于除头皮、毛发、掌跖和甲板以外的浅表部位的皮肤癣菌感染。股癣(tinea cruris)则特指发生于腹股沟、会阴部、肛周和臀部的皮肤癣菌感染,属于特殊部位的体癣[1]。2病原学与易感因素体股癣的致病真菌为皮肤癣菌,共同的特点是亲角质。皮肤癣菌约有40余种,其中可引起人或动物致病的约有20余种。国内各地区及不同医院
