预包装食品标签标注常见问题与完善对策研究

摘要
食品包装上的标签是消费者在购买预包装食品时了解食品基本信息与特点的最主要途径。因此,预包装食品上的标签信息会直接影响到消费者对某一种食品的购买欲望。然而,我国预包装食品的标签标注还存在较多的不规范现象,严重误导了消费者的消费行为。基于此,本文对现阶段我国预包装食品的标签与标注中存在的常见问题进行分析,并结合这些问题提出针对性的解决对策,希望能够帮助我国食品企业进一步提升自身的食品标签标注水平,进而规范食品企业的市场行为。
The label on food packaging is the most important way to understand the basic information and characteristics of food when consumers buying prepackaged food. Therefore, the label information on prepackaged food will directly affect consumers' desire to buy a certain kind of food. However, in our country, there are still many irregular phenomena in the label marking of prepackaged food, which seriously misleads consumers' consumption behavior. Based on this, this paper will analyze the common problems existing in the label and marking of prepackaged food in China at the present stage, and formulate targeted and perfect countermeasures for these problems, hoping to help Chinese food enterprises to further improve themselves. The level of food label marking, and then standardize the market behavior of food enterprises.
