VR技术在泌尿外科教学中的应用

摘要
泌尿外科学是外科学的一个重要学科,教学内容主要包括膀胱肿瘤、前列腺增生症、泌尿系统结石等泌尿系统常见病的诊断和治疗,内容繁多而复杂。为了不断适应学科发展的要求,提高教与学的效率,必须科学地解决教学遇到的瓶颈,引进新型的科技完善教学。虚拟现实(VR)技术可以利用计算机生成一种模拟环境,使用户通过虚拟环境来切身感受真实的环境,在该虚拟的环境中进行操作。将VR技术应用于泌尿外科教学中,可以模拟泌尿系统环境进行教学,使得学生在更深刻理解泌尿外科知识的同时,在虚拟的模型上进行操作,增强操作的熟练程度。然而,作为一种应用于医学教学的新型技术,教学者以及学生都需要一定的时间和努力去适应,使得VR技术可以极好地服务于医学教学。
Urinary surgery is one of the most significant branch of surgery,and urinary surgery teachings includes the diagnosis and therapy of some ordinary urinary diseases such as bladder tumor, hyperplasia of prostate,urinary calculus and so on, which are very complicated. The teachers should deal with the challenges they encounters in teaching in scientific methods, and bring in new technique to refine teachings, so as to adapt to the development of the disciplines, and improve the teaching and learning efficiency. The visual realistic technique can construct a visual environment via computers,performers can learn about the realistic environment in advance with the help of the new technique, and they can perform exercises in the visual environment.Besides, with the help of visual realistic technique, teachers can teach students the regarding contents of urinary surgery via the simulative environment,which is supposed to give the students chances of performance except learning theoretical knowledgement. However, as a newly developed technique, both the teachers and students need some endeavors to master, so as to make the VR technique do well to medical teachings.
