教育生态学视域下高校民族预科生评价研究

摘要
学生评价是由评价主体、评价客体、评价内容、评价方式和评价结果等构成的一个复杂生态系统。基于教育生态学视角,高校民族预科生评价的生态环境由高校民族预科生评价的个体生态、高校民族预科生评价的群体生态和高校民族预科生评价的生态系统构成。通过对教育生态学的渊源及其研究,高校民族预科生的内涵、培养目标和评价改革方面研究,以及对高校民族预科生评价的个体生态、群体生态和生态系统各因子研究的分析,发现高校民族预科生评价存在个体生态片面化、群体生态边缘化、生态系统的生态链脱落等问题。结合教育生态学相关理论,提出发挥高校民族预科生评价个体生态的整体效应、重视群体生态的边缘效应、增强生态系统的生态链功能等对策。
Student evaluation is a complex ecosystem composed of subject, object, content, method and result of evaluation. Based on the view of educational ecology, the ecological environment of ethnic preppies evaluation is made up of its individual ecology, group ecology and ecological system. Through analyzing the studies of the origin and research of educational ecology, the connotation, training goal and evaluation reform of ethnic preppies in colleges and universities, as well as the studies of individual ecology, group ecology and ecosystem factors of the evaluation of ethnic preppies in colleges and universities, it is found that there are many problems in ethnic preppie evaluation, such as one-sided individual ecology, marginalized group ecology, and the broken ecological chain of the ecosystem. Based on the relevant theory of educational ecology, some relevant countermeasures for ethnic preppie evaluation are put forward, such as giving full play to the overall effect of individual ecology, attaching importance to the marginal effect of group ecology, and enhancing the ecological chain function of the ecosystem.
