“一带一路”背景下我国铁路建设标准国际化路径选择

摘要
铁路建设标准国际化作为"一带一路"互联互通建设的实施保证是十分值得探讨的问题。本文详细分析了"一带一路"铁路建设的标准需求,从我国与沿线国家铁路标准体系差异和我国标准与国际标准的融入现状视角讨论我国标准的国际竞争优势,通过国际借鉴阐明了我国铁路建设标准国际化的路径方法,为推进实施中国铁路建设标准国际化提供参考。
The internationalization of railway construction standard, as a guarantee of the interconnection and interoperability construction in the "Belt and Road" Initiative, is worth discussing. This paper analyzes the standard needs of railway construction in the "Belt and Road" regions in details, states the international competitive advantages of Chinese standard by comparing differences between the Chinese railway standard system and that of countries along the Belt and Road, as well as the current situation of consistency of China's standard and international standard. The routes of Chinese railway construction standard internationalization are illuminated through the experience of other countries, and the useful reference is provided for advancing the internationalization of Chinese railway construction standard.
