摘要

文章分析孟河医派费氏代表医家费伯雄及费绳甫论治便秘的医论、医话医案,初步探讨费氏医家论治便秘的经验特色。费氏医家认为便秘病机主要有燥邪伤阴、气机升降失常及正气亏虚。费氏医家论治便秘不拘下法,提出清法、消法及补法;费氏医家治秘用药有巧用炮制、以食代药特点;费氏医家化裁古方所创自制方,亦运用于论治便秘之中。
        Analysis of the medical theory, medical notes and consilia of FEI Bo-xiong and FEI Sheng-fu, the representative physicians of Menghe FEIs, in treating constipation, and explore the experience and characteristics of constipation treatment. FEIs doctors of Menghe believe that the main pathogenesis of constipation is dryness injury yin, dysfunction of qi and deficiency of vital qi. FEIs doctors of Menghe treat constipation without hold thepurgation method, but put forward clearing method, resolving method and tonifying method. FEIs medication for constipation has the characteristics of skillful processing,using food instead of medicine. In addition, homemade prescriptions are also used in treatment of constipation.
