摘要
目的:通过观察艾灸预刺激对阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimers disease,AD)模型大鼠细胞周期蛋白cyclinA、cyclinB的影响,以探讨艾灸防治AD的作用机理。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为4组,即正常组、假手术组、模型组、预艾灸组,每组各10只,以双侧海马注入Aβ_(1-42)制作AD大鼠造模,造模前预艾灸组采用艾条温和灸"百会""肾俞"穴,采用免疫组化法测定大鼠海马区cyclinA、cyclinB蛋白的表达。结果:经过2个月的艾灸预刺激,大鼠海马区组织中cylinA、cyclinB蛋白的表达较模型组显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:艾灸预刺激可减少AD大鼠过表达的细胞周期相关蛋白,通过减少AD的细胞凋亡来缓解病理改变。
        Objective:By investigating the effect of pre-stimulation with moxibustion on cells period adjustment factors-cyclinA and cyclinB in rat models of Alzheimer's disease so as to research its underlying mechanism in preventing and controlling the disease in rats. Methods:All animals were randomly divided into four groups:normal group,sham-operation group,model group,pre-moxibustion group. AD rats were induced by injecting β-Amyloid 1-42(Aβ1-42)into the double hippocampus. Meanwhile,immunohistochemistry was used to determine the expressions of rats' cyclinA and cyclinB in the hippocampus area. Result:Compared with model group, pre-moxibustion group's expressions of cyclinA and cyclin were lowered obviously in the hippocarnpal area. Conclusion:These results imply that pre-stimulation with moxibustion could reverse the expression of cell cycle-related protein in hippocampus area,consequently reduce the pathological changs of Alzheimer's disease.
