摘要
马丁·布伯关系哲学的核心是"我—你"关系,其本质是精神的相遇。"我—你"关系对思考大学教学提供了新的透镜:大学教学具有对话属性,是在生命相遇中涵养学生精神力的过程;教学要促使学生生成"我—你"型知识关系;"我—你"关系是大学师生关系的根本诉求。这促使大学教师对教学进行一个基本概念转换,即好的教学不仅是传授和探究知识,还是师生之间的意义探寻和精神追求。
The core of Martin Barber's philosophy of relationship is the"I-you"relationship,and in essence it is a spiritual encounter. "I-you"relationship provide new implication for university teaching: university teaching is dialogic,which is a process of cultivating students' spiritual power in life encounter; education need to promote students to establish the"I-you"knowledge-based relationship; "I-you"relationship is the fundamental pursuit of the relationship between teachers and students in universities. This prompts university teachers to conduct a basic concept transformation of teaching,that is,good teaching is not only teaching and exploring knowledge,but also generating meaning and spirits between teachers and students.
