摘要
目的:探讨聚焦解决教育模式在改善腹股沟疝修补术患者负性情绪和生活质量中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年10月-2018年5月我院收治的行腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术患者186例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(93例)与观察组(93例)。对照组患者在采取常规干预,观察组患者运用聚焦解决教育模式治疗,且均治疗1个月和结束后对比两组患者干预前后围术期各指标及疼痛评分、负性情绪和生活质量的变化情况。结果:两组患者手术时间及术中出血量比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的术后疼痛及住院时间、疼痛评分低于对照组(t=-118.821,-11.708,-14.141;P<0.001);两组干预前的抑郁及焦虑程度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组干预后的不良情绪评分较干预前有所降低,观察组的抑郁及焦虑评分低于对照组(t=3.203,-5.397;P<0.01);两组干预后的自身健康状况得分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组干预后的生活活力及社会关系、情感职能、精神健康得分水平比干预前高,且观察组患者干预后的生活活力及社会关系、情感职能、精神健康得分水平均明显高于对照组(t=-7.804,-12.953,-8.838,-7.479;P<0.001)。结论:对腹股沟疝修补术患者,采取聚焦解决教育模式干预治疗可有效的降低该类患者的围术期疼痛,并改善其的负性情绪,提高生活质量,减少住院时间,促进早日康复。
        Objective:To investigate application of solution focused education model in improving negative emotion and quality of life of inguinal hernia repair patients.Methods:A total of 186 cases of laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair in our hospital from October 2017 to May 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number expression method,each with 93 cases.The control group was treated with routine intervention,while the observation group was treated with solution focused education model.1 mon later,the perioperative indexes,pain scores,negative emotions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the operation time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05);Postoperative pain,hospitalization time,and pain score were lower in the observation group than in the control group(t=-118.821,-11.708,-14.141;P<0.001);The scores of depression and anxiety between the two groups before intervention had no difference(P>0.05),which were decreased after intervention,and were lower in the observation group than in the control group(t=3.203,-5.397;P<0.01).The self-health score between the two groups after intervention had no difference(P>0.05).The scores of vitality and social relationship,emotional function and mental health were increased after intervention,and were higher in the observation group than that in the control group(t=-7.804,-12.953,-8.838,-7.479;P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of solution focused education model can effectively ameliorate the perioperative pain,negative emotions,and quality of life,reduce hospital stay,and promote early recovery for inguinal hernia repair patients.
