闭合复位PFNA治疗老年股骨转子间骨折

摘要
目的:探讨闭合复位PFNA治疗老年股骨转子间骨折患者的临床疗效。方法:收治老年股骨转子间骨折患者120例,分为两组,每组60例。对照组给予股骨近端空心锁定板治疗,研究组给予闭合复位PFNA治疗。比较两组住院时间、术后引流量、术中出血量、手术时间及优良率。结果:两组优良率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组住院时间、术后引流量、术中出血量和手术时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:闭合复位PFNA治疗老年股骨转子间骨折患者可缩短住院时间,减少出血量。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of closed reduction of PFNA in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly.Methods:120 cases of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures were divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the proximal femoral cannulated locking plate,and the research group was treated with closed reduction of PFNA,the time of hospitalization,the flow rate after operation, the amount of bleeding,the operation time and the good rate were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no statistical difference of good rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The time of hospitalization,the flow rate,the amount of bleeding and the operation time of the research group were all superior to those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Closed reduction of PFNA in the treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures could shorten the time of hospitalization and reduce the amount of bleeding.
