摘要
为满足回采工作面通过构造带时围岩的控制问题及加固治理的需求,针对井下工作面深孔注浆的特点研制了一种高性能廉价注浆材料,通过实验室对水泥改性液浆液粘度、结石率、浆液粘结强度、抗压强度、表观脆性的测试研究,研究结果表明:改性液的引入不仅降低注浆材料成本,而且大大提高了浆液与受注物体间的粘结强度,最终确定水泥浆液水灰比0. 7∶1、水泥改性液用量15%~20%为水泥浆液的最佳配比。
In order to meet the requirements of the surrounding rock control and reinforcement during the working face advancement through tectonic zone,a high-performance and low-cost grouting material was developed according to the characteristics of deep hole grouting in the underground working face. The test results of liquid slurry viscosity,stone rate,slurry bond strength,compressive strength and apparent brittleness show that,the introduction of the modified liquid not only reduces the cost of the grouting material,but also greatly improves the stickiness between the slurry and the object to be injected. Finally, the optimal cement slurry ratio is proposed, water-cement ratio is 0. 7 ∶ 1, and the cement modification liquid dosage is 15% ~ 20%.
