活血通脉汤治疗糖尿病足80例临床观察

摘要
目的研究活血通脉汤治疗糖尿病足的临床治疗效果。方法选取收治的80例糖尿病足患者随机分成对照组与观察组,分别应用西医治疗与中医活血通脉汤治疗,对比2组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率97.5%(39/40)高于对照组75%(30/40)(P<0.05);治疗后,2组中医证候积分明显降低,观察组降低水平优于对照组(P<0.05);2组下肢运动、感觉神经传导速度明显提高,观察组提高水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论活血通脉汤治疗糖尿病足可以缓解临床症状,还能有效提高下肢运动、感觉神经传导速度,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Huoxue To ngmai decoction in treating diabetic foot. Methods 80 cases of diabetic foot in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, respectively, and they used western medicine treatment and traditional Chinese medicine Huoxue Tongmai decoction treatment. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.5%(39/40) which was higher than 75%(30/40) of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were obviously decreased, and the decreasing level in the observation group was better than that in the control group( P<0.05). The motor and sensory nerve conduction velocities of the two groups were significantly increased, and the improvement level of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Huoxue Tongmai decoction can relieve the clinical symptoms of diabetic foot, and can effectively improve the motor and sensory nerve conduction velocity of lower limbs, which is worthy of promotion.
