困境与发展:高校学校体育体系的建构与实践探析

摘要
随着社会需求的不断变化,高校学校体育体系课面临重大的变革。本文从我国当前高校学校体育的现状出发,对高校学校体育体系的建构和实践进行探析,发现当前我国高校开展体育课程存在教学方式老旧、实践教学内容、方式相对滞后,相关的教学设备短缺,实践教学师资力量匮乏,实践教学评价和考核体系不完善,实践课程内容设置缺乏特色等问题,进而提出相关的对策和建议,将实践性熔铸于学科的品格之中,为提高健身意识打下扎实的基础,进一步促进学生身体素质的提高。
With the constant changes in social needs, college sports system courses are facing major changes. Based on the current situation of college physical education in China, this paper analyzes the construction and practice of college sports system in colleges and universities. It is found that the current teaching methods in colleges and universities in China have old teaching methods, practical teaching content and methods are relatively lagging, and related teaching equipment is in short supply. The lack of practical teaching teachers, the imperfect teaching evaluation and assessment system, the lack of characteristics of the practical curriculum content, and the related countermeasures and suggestions, will be practically cast into the character of the discipline, to lay a solid foundation for improving fitness awareness. The foundation further promotes the improvement of students' physical fitness.
