护理本科在校生人文素养现状调查与分析

摘要
目的对护理本科在校生开展人文素养现状调查和分析,以期为护理院校制定相关教育方案提供理论依据。方法采用护生人文素养调查问卷,用便利抽样法随机抽取南京医科大学护理学院2017级(大一)、2016级(大二)、2015级(大三)266名本科在校生进行横断面调查,并采用SPSS 17.0对所得数据进行统计和分析。结果护理本科在校生的人性关怀、人际关怀、临床关怀和总分在年级、性别、年龄、周围人对自己的关心程度这些变量的组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但在家庭所在地以及是否独生子女这些变量的组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论护理本科在校生的人文素养水平存有可提升空间,学校可加强对护理本科在校生人文素养方面的教育,尤其需注意对男性护理本科在校生的人文素养能力培养,从而提高护理本科在校生总体人文素养水平。
        Objective To investigate the humanity quality of nursing students, in order to provide theoretical basis for the development of educational programs in nursing school.Methods Two hundred and sixty-six undergraduate nursing students from a Nursing School of Nanjing Medical University were chosen randomly to participate in a cross-sectional survey by using Nursing Students Humanity Quality Questionnaire. The data was analyzed by SPSS17.0 statistical software.Results There were significant differences between the groups of nursing care, interpersonal care, clinical care and total scores of undergraduate nursing students in terms of grade, gender, age, and the level of interest from surrounding people(P<0.05). While, there was no significant difference between the groups with different location and family composition(P>0.05).Conclusions The humanities of nursing students can be improved further. Teachers should strengthen the education of the students' humanity, especially for the training of male nursing undergraduates, so that to improve the overall level of humanity quality of nursing undergraduate students.
