摘要
铜管质地坚硬,不易腐蚀,且耐高温、耐高压,可在多种环境中使用。金相显微组织与物理性能、化学性能有很大的关联,反映了金属金相的形态,也是金属材料试验分析的重要方法之一。保证金相的质量同时研究金相的快速制备方法既能够提高检验人员的工作效率,也能够帮助质量负责人及时、准确的了解铜管的组织结构,有利于及时发现铜管生产的异常情况。
Copper tubes are hard, corrosion-resistant, high temperature and high pressure resistant, and can be used in a variety of environments. metallography is closely related to physical and chemical properties. It not only reflects the morphology of metallography, but also is one of the important methods for experimental analysis of metal materials. To ensure the quality of metallography and to study the rapid preparation method of metallography can not only improve the efficiency of inspectors, but also help quality managers to understand the structure of copper tubes timely and accurately, which is conducive to timely discovery of abnormal conditions in copper tube production.
