摘要
通过正交设计方法三水平四因素L9(34),以使君子、紫藤和紫云藤为试验材料,研究不同品种、基质种类、生根剂类型和浸泡时间等因素对藤本植物扦插情况的影响。结果表明:在NAA相同浓度条件下,当基质为椰糠,激素浸泡时间为10min时,紫云藤的生根率最高,为91.7%;在相同激素浓度条件下,当以泥炭土为基质,浸泡时间10min时,使君子的生根率最高,为87.5%。紫藤在试验中表现则较差,最高生根率仅为16.7%。
By orthogonal design of L_9(3~4), the effects of different varieties, matrix types, rooting agent types and soaking time on the cuttings of vines were studied with Quisqualis indica, Podranea ricasoliana and Wisteria sinensis.The results showed that the rooting rate of W. sinensis was the highest as 91.7% when the matrix was coconut bran and the hormone immersion time was 10 min under the same concentration of NAA. Similarly, under the same hormone conditions, when the peat soil was used as the substrate and the soaking time is 10 min, the maximum rooting rate of Q.indica was highest as 87.5%. Compared with the previous two, the highest rooting rate of P. ricasoliana in the experiment was only 16.7%.
