<正>控制性卵巢刺激(controlled ovarian stimulation,COS)是辅助生殖技术(ART)环节之一。通过体外受精-胚胎移植术受孕的妇女发生静脉血栓栓塞(VTE)的风险是自然受孕妇女的10倍。COS过程中,应用促排卵药物,内、外源性血人绒毛膜促性腺激素
