针灸治疗梅尼埃病的临床应用

摘要
目的探索针灸治疗梅尼埃病的临床疗效,为临床治疗该病提供新思路、新方法。方法搜索1995-2014年期间针灸治疗梅尼埃病的相关文献,从传统针刺、艾灸、火针、头皮针、耳针、针灸联合中药、针灸配合穴位注射、针灸配合高压氧舱等方面进行整理并总结、阐述。结果针灸是治疗梅尼埃病的有效手段,肯定了针灸治疗梅尼埃病的临床疗效。结论针灸治疗梅尼埃病有一定优势,但目前还有一些问题有待解决,并提出作者的问题与展望,为今后的临床治疗及研究方向提供思路。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of acupunture for Meniere's disease,and to provide new ideas and methods for clinical treatment. Methods search the documents about acupunture for Meniere's disease from 1995- 2014,and then summarize from traditional acupuncture,moxibustion,fire needle therapy,scalp acupuncture,acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture combined with acupoint injection,acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen chamber. Results Acupuncture is an effective therapy for Meniere's disease. Conclusion Acupuncture for Meniere's disease has certain advantages,but there are still some problems to be solved.We put forward the problems and prospects,and provide the new ideas for the clinical treatment and research.
