摘要
[目的]观测杞参膏对干眼症SD大鼠血清Mig、IP-10影响。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,30只SD大鼠喂养7d,称重后按照随机数字法分为3组,空白对照组、模型对照组、杞参膏组,10只/组。适应喂养7d后,暴露和皮下注射东莨菪碱法复制干眼症大鼠模型,连续28d。灌胃干预,模型对照组:生理盐水,1次/d;杞参膏组:杞参膏汤剂,1次/d;均连续56d。观测角膜病理、血清Mig、IP-10含量。[结果]空白对照组大鼠角膜未见异常。模型对照组大鼠角膜上皮层细胞增多,层数增加,局部扁平细胞偶见不规则的脱失;基质层可见增厚表现,偶见水肿,大量炎性细胞浸润。杞参膏组大鼠角膜各层尚为完整,上皮层光滑度尚可,未见扁平细胞脱失现象。与空白对照组比较,模型对照组大鼠血清Mig、IP-10含量显著升高(P<0.01);与模型对照组比较,杞参膏组大鼠血清Mig、IP-10含量显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05)。[结论]杞参膏可减轻干眼症模型大鼠角膜病理损伤,降低干眼症模型大鼠血清Mig、IP-10含量,可能是杞参膏抗炎作用的机制之一。
        [Objective] To observe the Qi-shen ointment for dry eyes SD rats serum Mig, IP-10. [Methods] Using random parallel control method, 30 SD rats acclimate for 7 d, divided into three groups according to random number method, blank control group, model control group, Qi-shen ointment group, 10 rats/group. After acclimatefor 7d, Adopt the method of exposure and subcutaneous injection of Scopolamine for dry eyes rats, continuous 28 d. The methods of gavage, model control group: normal saline, once a day; Qi-shenointment group: Qi-shen ointment, once a day; continuous 56 d. to Observe the pathological change of cornea, Mig, IP-10 levels in serum. [Results] The pathological change of the blank control group rat cornea didn't show abnormal. model control group rats: the cortical cells increases, the occasional irregular depigmentation local squamous cells; Thickening of corneal stroma visible performance, a large number of inflammatory cells infiltration. the pathological change of Qi-shen ointment group rat cornea is complete, theepithelial layer is smooth, and did not see pinacocytes deletions phenomenon. Compared with blank control group, model control group rats serum Mig, IP-10 content significantly increased(P<0.01); Compared with model control group, Qi-shencream group rats serum Mig, IP-10 levels decreased significantly(P<0.01, P<0.05). [Conclusion] Qi-shen cream can alleviate the pathological change of the model rat cornea, reduce dry eyes model rats serum Mig, IP-10 levels, may be one of Qi-shen ointment paste the mechanism of anti-inflammatory effects.
