基于脑-肠轴探讨腹部推拿调控神经内分泌系统促进胃黏膜损伤修复的作用机制

摘要
腹部推拿作为传统中医外治疗法之一,在临床中治疗慢性胃炎、胃溃疡等胃黏膜损伤性疾病取得了显著的疗效,但其作用机制尚不明确。故文章基于脑-肠轴神经通路,尝试从腹部推拿调控神经内分泌系统的角度,探讨其促进胃黏膜损伤修复的作用机制,以期为腹部推拿的机制研究提供新的研究思路。
As one of a TCM external treatment,the abdominal massage has a significant effect in the treatment of chronic gastritis,gastric ulcer and other gastric mucosal injury disease. But its mechanism is still not clear. This paper is based on the Brain-Gut Axis pathways,and try to explore the mechanisms of abdominal massage promoting the gastric mucosal repairing from the view of neuroendocrine system in order to provide a new idea for the research on the mechanism of abdominal massage.
