高速槽轮机构的槽轮轮廓线设计

摘要
传统槽轮机构传动时存在柔性冲击,高速槽轮机构利用凸轮机构轮廓线的设计方法来减小柔性冲击,通过从动件的运动规律反求槽轮轮廓线,并建立槽轮轮廓线的数学模型,在ADAMS中建立含间隙单边接触的动力学模型,仿真结果表明:高速槽轮机构不仅减小了圆销进出槽轮瞬间产生的柔性冲击,还减小了槽轮运动中的角加速度,使槽轮机构能够高速平稳地运动。
        The traditional sheave mechanism has flexible impact when it moves. The high-speed sheave mechanism,thanks to its cam contours,reduces flexible impact. In this article,the sheave contour is reversed by the motion law of moving parts,and the mathematical model is set up. With the aid of ADAMS,the dynamics model with gap-based on-slide contact is set up. The simulation results show that the high-speed sheave mechanism not only reduces the flexible impact caused by the round pin entering and exiting the sheave,but also decreases the angular acceleration when the sheave moves,which enables the sheave mechanism to move smoothly at a high speed.
