摘要

给出一个新的预条件矩阵,构造相应的预条件Gauss-Seidel迭代法,并给出迭代法的收敛性结果.
        A new preconditioned matrix is given,and constructs the corresponding preconditioned Gauss-Seidel iterative method,gives the convergence results.
