柔洁纺纱技术的应用效果研究

摘要
探讨柔洁纺纱技术的应用效果。简要介绍了柔洁纺纱技术以及工作机理。在普通环锭纺细纱机上加装了JFT1511型柔洁纺纱装置,对C/T 50/50 14.5tex针织纱和莫代尔7.3tex机织纱两个品种进行了普通环锭纺与柔洁纺的对比试验。试验结果表明:采用柔洁纺纱装置后,两个品种的管纱3mm以上毛羽数可减少50%以上,筒纱3mm毛羽数分别可减少27.3%和42.73%;纱线强力均有不同程度的提高。认为:采用柔洁纺纱技术能有效降低纺纱毛羽,纺纱强力和条干水平也有所提高。
        The application effect of soft &less hair yarn spinning technology was discussed.The technology and working mechanism of soft &less hair yarn spinning were introduced.JFT1511 soft &less hair yarn spinning device was installed on common ring spinning frame.The comparison test of two varieties including C/T 50/5014.5tex knitting yarn and modal 7.3tex woven yarn were performed for common ring spinning and soft &less hair yarn spinning.The test results show that the amount of hairiness longer than 3mm hairiness of bobbin yarn was decreases more than 50% after using soft &less hair yarn spinning device.3mm hairiness of cone yarn can be reduced 27.3 % and 42.73% respectively.The yarn strengths are both improved in different extent.It is considered that the adoption of soft &less hair yarn spinning technology can decrease yarn hairiness effectively.The yarn strength and evenness level were also improved.
