摘要
探讨兔毛/棉80/20 14.3tex赛络集聚纱及其织物的工艺设计要点。对原料性能进行分析确定混纺比,通过对兔毛有效的预处理,提高混纺纱可纺性;合理设置和毛机工艺参数,采用缓和梳理,并条工序以防缠防堵、提高纤维伸直度和稳定条干水平为重点,粗纱采用三罗拉双短胶圈牵伸形式,适当提高粗纱的回潮率;通过后纺、织造等一整套工艺路线和技术参数的优选,成功纺制出兔毛/棉80/20 14.3tex赛络集聚纱。认为:兔毛混纺纱生产过程中,温湿度对纺纱过程的影响不容忽视。
        The processing design key points of rabbit hair/cotton 80/20 14.3 tex siro condensed yarn and its fabric were discussed.The blended ratio was confirmed by analyzing the raw material properties.The spinnability of blended yarn was improved by effective pre-treatment of rabbit hair.The processing parameters of blending machine were reasonably set and relaxing carding was adopted.Drawing process was focused on winding resistance &blocking resistance,improving the fiber straightness and stabilizing the evenness level.Three roller double short apron drawing form was used in roving process and the moisture regain of roving was suitably improved.Through the optimization of the whole set of processing route and technology parameters in following spinning,weaving and so on,rabbit hair/cotton 80/20 14.3 tex siro condensed yarn was successfully spun.It is considered that the influence of temperature and humidity during spinning process can not be ignored during the production of rabbit blended yarn.
