改善纯棉普梳段彩纱条干水平的工艺实践

摘要
探讨改善纯棉普梳段彩纱条干质量的技术措施。针对当前段彩纱纱线条干水平普遍较差的问题,在原料选配和各生产工序采取了一系列工艺优化和管理措施,明显改善了段彩纱的条干水平,条干CV值降低2个百分点以上,千米粗节、细节降低50%、千米棉结降低40%。认为,通过合理配棉,提高染色棉质量以及对主粗纱原料进行混和预处理,优化各工序关键工艺,可以较好地达到改善纯棉普梳段彩纱条干水平的目的。
        Technology measures of improving of pure cotton carded segment-color yarn evenness level were discussed.A series of technology optimization and management measures were adopted in raw material assorting and each production process aim at current problem of worse evenness level of segment-color yarn.Evenness level of segment-color yarn was obviously improved.Evenness CVvalue was decreased more than 2percentage points.Thick places and thin places per thousand meter were reduced by 50%.Neps per thousand meters were decreased40%.It is considered that purpose of improving pure cotton carded segment-color yarn evenness level can be well reached by reasonable cotton assorting,colored cotton quality improvement,blending and pretreatment of main roving raw material,optimization of key technology in each process.
