大数据时代警务发展路径探索

摘要
社会信息化带动了城市生活的便捷化、数据化、高效化发展,却致使社会稳定陷入数据困境,以数据为依托的新型犯罪不断滋生。大数据与警务治理相互融合,日益形成警务大数据的治理模式。公安机关应主动加强战略调整,规避风险,加强公安机关对商业情报发展的战略调控,加强警务运行机制改革创新,有效发挥、挖掘数据潜在价值。
Social informationization has driven the convenience,data and high-efficiency of urban life,but it has caused social stability to fall into data dilemma. New crimes based on data continue to breed. The integration of big data and police governance has increasingly formed a governance model for police big data. The public security organs should automatically strengthen strategic adjustments,avoid risks,strengthen the strategic regulation on the development of business intelligence,strengthen the reform and innovation of the police operation mechanism,and effectively play and dig the potential value of data.
