摘要
猕猴桃具有丰富的营养、药用价值还含有丰富的维生素,深受人们喜爱。近年来,随着猕猴桃产业的不断发展壮大,也面临着众多问题,如由于其果实属呼吸跃变型果实,易软化霉烂,不耐贮藏,怎样延长果实的贮藏期限,目前已成为猕猴桃产业发展壮大亟待解决的关键问题。本综述围绕猕猴桃果实采后生理及贮藏条件的研究从猕猴桃采后环境和采后处理等方面对猕猴桃贮藏的温度、光照等贮藏环境,草酸、褪黑素、槲皮素等化学处理,O_3、H_2等气体处理以及对保鲜剂如1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)、乳酸链球菌素(Nisin)等应用的最新研究,进展进行评述。本研究为猕猴桃鲜果的贮藏提供了科学依据,同时为猕猴桃产业的深入研究及进一步开发利用提供有益思路。
        Kiwifruit is rich in nutrition, medicinal value and rich in vitamins, known as the "king of fruits". In recent years, the kiwi fruit industry growing, the growth of the present a geometric series, but because the fruit is a climacteric variant fruit, easy to soften the mildew, not resistant to storage, how to extend a kiwifruit storage period has become a problem to be solved of kiwifruit industry development. This review according to kiwi fruit postharvest physiology and storage condition of the research from the devolatilization kiwifruit postharvest environment and the mining of kiwifruit storage storage environments such as temperature, illumination, oxalic acid, melatonin, chemical processing, such as quercetin O_3, H_2 gas processing as well as to the antistaling agent such as 1-methyl propylene(1-MCP), streptococcus(Nisin) applications such as the latest research, progress was reviewed. This study provides a scientific basis for the storage of kiwifruit and provides useful ideas for further research and further development and utilization of kiwifruit industry.
