摘要

从加强社会公共安全管理、加强人工增雨作业装备安全管理、加强人工增雨作业的组织管理、强化人工影响天气作业站点的安全管理、加强作业人员安全管理5个方面提出了人工增雨作业安全管理对策,以确保人工增雨作业可以顺利开展。
        In order to ensure the successful operation of artificial precipitation, the safety management countermeasures were put forward from five aspects, including strengthening social public security management, strengthening the equipment operation safety management, strengthening the organization and management of the artificial precipitation operation, strengthening the safety management of weather modification operation site, strengthening the safety management of operating personnel.
