中医家庭式护理对老年髋关节置换患者康复效果的影响

摘要
目的探讨中医家庭式护理对老年髋关节置换术患者康复效果的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2018年3月我院收治的老年髋关节置换术患者130例作为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予康复锻炼、健康教育、心理护理等传统护理,观察组在此基础上采用中医家庭式护理。比较两组患者髋关节功能、生活质量及依从性。结果观察组患者出院1,2,3个月后髋关节功能评分均高于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组患者护理干预后生理职能、认知功能、情绪职能、心理健康及角色职能评分均高于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组患者护理干预后饮食、用药、定期检查、功能锻炼依从性均高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论将中医家庭式护理用于老年髋关节置换患者中,有助于提高患者髋关节功能,提高患者生活质量及依从性,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of family nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on rehabilitation effect of hip replacement among elderly patients. Methods To select 130 cases of elderly patients with hip replacement who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to March 2018 as the study subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group with the same number of patients randomly. The control group was given traditional nursing such as rehabilitation exercise,health education,and psychological nursing. On the basis of this,the observation group was given family nursing of traditional Chinese medicine. Hip function,quality of life and compliance were compared between the two groups. Results The hip function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after 1,2,and 3 months of discharge( P < 0. 05). After the nursing intervention,the scores of physiological role,cognitive function,emotional role,mental health,and role function of patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). After the nursing intervention,the compliances of diet,drug,regular examination,and functional exercise of patients in the observation group were higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Applying family nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in elderly patients with hip replacement can improve the hip function,the quality of life as well as the compliance of patients,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
