分析我院剖宫产手术中腰硬联合麻醉的效果

摘要
目的:分析某院剖宫产术中腰硬联合麻醉方法应用下取得的效果。方法:选取医院收治的行剖宫产产妇98例,以数字随机分组方式,分对照组49例、观察组49例,术中分别给予单一硬膜外麻醉、腰硬联合麻醉方式,观察比较两组麻醉效果与不良反应发生情况。结果:麻醉效果观察比较,麻醉起效时间、麻醉药物用量以及术中出血量观察组均较少,MAP指标观察组相对较高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);麻醉用药不良反应情况观察,观察组不良反应发生率6.12%(3/49)与对照组20.41%(10/49)对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:剖宫产手术中麻醉方式选择腰硬联合麻醉方法,对产妇与婴儿均无明显不良影响,值得推广。
Objective: To analyze the effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia during cesarean section. Methods: 98 cases of cesarean section patients admitted in a hospital were selected and divide into control group and observation group averagely, control group were given single epidural anesthesia, observation group were given combined spinal epidural anesthesia, the anesthesia effect and the adverse reaction were observed and compared. Results: The anaesthesia effect, the time of anesthesia, the dosage of narcotic drugs and the amount of bleeding during the operation in observation group were less, and the MAP index in observation group was relatively higher, and there was a significant difference between control group and observation group(P<0.05). The adverse reaction of narcotic drugs was observed, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.12%(3/49) and 20.41%(10/49) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The method of combined spinal epidural anesthesia shoule be used in cesarean section, and it has no obvious adverse effects on both mothers and infants, which can be popularized in clinical practice.
