利用几何形态测量学评估茶尺蠖危害茶叶严重度的可行性分析

摘要
利用图像处理与分析技术获取茶树叶片的几何形态特征参数,并对不同类型的茶树叶片进行了比较与分析,探讨了此技术用于茶尺蠖危害严重度调查的可行性。结果表明,通过形态特征提取软件Bug Shape v1.0,可以自动获取到植物叶片的面积、周长、长轴长度、短轴长度等参数,这些参数可用于茶树叶片、海棠叶片和栀子花叶片的区分。不同类型茶树叶片(正常叶片、被害枝无损叶和虫损叶)的面积与长轴长度、短轴长度及其乘积存在显著的正相关关系,通过建立不同叶位的回归方程,可以对虫损叶被取食面积进行评估,且与人工实际评测结果无显著差异。研究还表明,在第3、5叶位上正常叶的叶面积显著大于被害枝无损叶。在茶尺蠖种群密度较低时,其取食茶树叶片具有明显的叶位选择偏好性,从强到弱的叶位顺序为3、4、2、5、1、6,而被取食面积大小在叶片中的分布也具有明显的规律,即被取食面积越小,所占叶片数量的比例越大。以上结果证明,利用几何形态测量技术可以较好地评估茶树虫损叶面积大小,明确茶叶被取食规律,评估茶尺蠖危害茶叶的严重度。
        In this study,some geometric morphological measurements of tea leaves were obtained by image processing and analysis technology,and the difference between different types of leaves was calculated and analyzed,and at last the feasibility of the technology in evaluating leaf-damaged severity by tea geometrid(Lepidoptera: Geometridae) was discussed.The results showed that some parameters of plant leaves such as area,parimeters,long axis length,short axis length and so on were extracted by Bug Shape v1.0,and these parameters could be used to distinguish the leaves from Camellia sinensis,Malus halliana and Gardenia jasmindoes.There were significant positive correlations between area and long axis length,short axis length and their arithmetic product among different types of leaves such as normal leaf(NL),undamaged-leaf in damaged-branch(UL) and damaged-leaf(DL).Feeding-leaf area was evaluated by some re-gression equations established for different leaf positions,and the result was insignificantly different from the manual estimation.Furthermore,the leaf area of NL was significantly larger than that of UL in the third and fifth leaf positions.The pest had a preference to leaf positions(3 > 4 > 2 > 5 > 1 > 6) under lower population density,and the smaller the leaf area was damaged,the larger the proportion of the leaf number was.This study proved that the geometric morphological measurement technique could be used to evaluate the leaf-damaged area size,to determine the feeding regulatory,and to evaluate the leaf-damaged severity by tea geometrid.
