双膜法在盐碱地区再生水深度处理中的应用

摘要
随着城市化进程的发展,人们对再生水的需求日益增加,再生水利用将成为满足城市用水的主要载体。为此,以满足国家一级A排放标准的污水厂尾水为研究对象,分析浸没式超滤+反渗透组合工艺(CMF-S+RO,双膜法)深度处理再生水的工程效果。结果表明,浸没式超滤+反渗透组合工艺可进一步去除尾水中的COD、NH_3-N、NO_3~--N、TP和溶解性总固体,相应指标的出水浓度分别为2.6~5.6、0.02~0.53、1.10~2.12、0.001~0.021和20~62 mg/L,同时对浊度的去除效果也较好,可使出水浊度降至0.02~0.15 NTU,出水水质满足《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》(GB/T 18920—2002)的要求。
        Demanding for reclaimed water is increasing urgently with the development of urbanization.The utilization of reclaimed water will become the main carrier to meet urban water demand.This experiment took the effluent which had reached the national first class A discharge standards as the research object,and the advanced treatment of reclaimed water by submerged ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis combined process(CMF-S+RO,double membrane technology)was analyzed.The results showed that COD,NH_3-N,NO_3~--N,TP,turbidity and total dissolved solids in the tail water could be further removed by the combined process,and the corresponding effluent concentrations were 2.6-5.6 mg/L,0.02-0.53 mg/L,1.10-2.12 mg/L,0.001-0.021 mg/L,0.02-0.15 NTU and 20-62 mg/L,respectively.The effluent quality of the system could meet The Reuse of Urban Recycling Water—Water Quality Standard for Urban Miscellaneous Water Consumption(GB/T 18920-2002).
