摘要
目的:以斑叶香妃草为试验材料,探究不同浓度6-苄基氨基嘌呤(6-BA)和萘乙酸(NAA)配比对试管苗增殖的影响,以及不同浓度NAA、吲哚乙酸(IAA)对试管苗生根的影响。方法:选取带顶芽的斑叶香妃草嫩茎进行培养,探究其试管苗腋芽、不定根分化及组培苗生长发育情况。结果:以MS为基本培养基添加浓度配比为0.3mg/L 6-BA+(0.1mg/L NAA)条件下,试管苗增殖倍数为4.06倍;以MS为基本培养基,在NAA为0.09mg/L条件下,试管苗生长趋势最好,叶片嫩绿,生根数最多,根长最长,每株植株平均根数为8.75个,平均根长为2.54cm。结论:MS+(0.3mg/L 6-BA)+(0.1mg/L NAA)对试管苗增殖倍数的影响最为显著,且6-BA与NAA存在交互作用,对外植体的增殖存在极显著差异;MS+0.09mg/L NAA促进试管苗生根的效果最佳,对试管苗生根有极显著差异。
        Objective:To investigate the effects of different concentrations of 6-BA and NAA on the multiplication of vitro seedlings,and the effects of different concentrations of NAA and IAA on the rooting of vitro seedlings of Plectranthus coleoides.Methods:The Plectranthus coleoides stem segments with buds were used as the explants for studying the auxillary buds and adventitious roots differentiation and tissue culture seedlings growth.Results:The multiplication rate of vitro seedlings was 4.06 times under the condition of 0.3mg/L 6-BA+0.1mg/L NAA with MS as the basic medium.Vitro seedlings had the best growth trend under the condition of NAA 0.09mg/L with MS as the basic medium,in which vitro seedlings were green with the largest number of roots and the longest roots.The average number of roots per seedling was 8.75,and the average root length was 2.54 cm.Conclusion:MS+0.3mg/L6-BA+0.1mg/L NAA had the most significant effect on the multiplication rate of seedlings in vitro.The 6-BA and NAA were interacted,and had the most significant effect on explants proliferation.MS+NAA 0.09 mg/L had the best effect in inducing the rooting of vitro seedlings,and the significant difference was significant.
