灸法治疗慢性盆腔炎取穴规律

摘要
目的:探讨灸法治疗慢性盆腔炎的治法及取穴规律。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI) 2007年10月1日至2017年10月1日有关灸法治疗慢性盆腔炎的期刊文献。检索主题词为"针灸""艾灸""灸法""慢性盆腔炎""盆腔炎性疾病后遗症"等。结果:灸法治疗慢性盆腔炎选用的腧穴共有53个,其中,使用总频次最多的为关元117次,其次为三阴交78次、子宫74次;十四经脉中除手三阴经(手太阴肺经、手少阴心经、手厥阴心包经)和手三阳经(手阳明大肠经、手太阳小肠经和手少阳三焦经)外均有所涉及,任脉腧穴使用总频次居于首位; 53个腧穴中,21个位于腹部,20个位于腰背骶部,其中腹部穴位出现频次达416次,占总频次的53. 54%;特定穴总个数为23个,总频次为416次,其中募穴个数为5个,总频次为192个,均位居第1位;灸法治疗慢性盆腔炎主要涉及15种治疗方法,温针灸法应用最多,应用36次,占26. 09%;其次为艾条灸,应用31次。结论:灸法是治疗慢性盆腔炎的有效疗法,治法多为温针灸和艾条灸,取穴多为关元、三阴交、子宫三穴,经脉主要为任脉,特定穴主要应用募穴。
Objective: To explore the moxibustion method and rules of acupoint choice in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease( CPID). Methods: Periodical literatures on the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease by moxibustion from October 1,2007 to October 1,2017 were retrieved in China National Knowledge Internet( CNKI). The keywords were"acupuncture and moxibustion", " moxibustion", " chronic pelvic inflammatory disease" and " sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease",etc.Results: There were 53 acupoints selected for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation by moxibustion,of which Guanyuan( CV 4) were used most frequently with 117 times,followed by Sanyinjiao( SP 6) with 78 times and Zigong( EX-CA 1) with 74 times. The 14 meridians were all involved except Three Yin Meridians of Hand( the Lung Meridian of Hand-Taiyin,the Lung Meridian of Hand-Shaoyin,and the Pericardium Meridian of Hand-Jueyin),and Three Yang Meridians of Hand( the Large Intestine Meridian of Hand-Yangming,the Small Intestine of Hand-Taiyang,and the Sanjiao Meridian of Hand-shaoyang). The total frequency of using Ren Meridian acupoints ranks first. Of the 53 acupoints,21 were located in the abdomen and 20 were located in the lumbosacral region. The frequency of occurrence of abdominal acupoints reached 416 times,accounting for 53. 54% of the total frequency. The total number of specific acupoints was 23,and the total frequency was 416. Among them,the number of Mu Points was 5,and the total frequency was 192,ranking the first. The moxibustion treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease mainly involves 15 kinds of methods,warming acupuncture method is the most used with 36 times,accounting for 26. 09%;followed by moxa moxibustion,with 31 times. Conclusion: Moxibustion is an effective treatment for chronic pelvic inflammation.The treatment methods are mostly warm acupuncture and moxibustion with moxa sticks. The acupoints are mainly Guanyuan( CV 4),Sanyinjiao( SP 6) and Zigong( EX-CA 1). The involved meridian is mainly Ren Meridian and the specific acupoints mainly choose to Mu points.
