摘要
玻璃钢制品由于其优越的材料性能,目前在环保和建筑行业得到广泛应用。玻璃钢的脱膜是玻璃钢制品成型的关键技术,本文采用连杆机构设计出可调式是玻璃钢筒体加工脱模机模芯,并进行运动仿真分析,通过控制其水平运动位置,完成玻璃钢筒体的制作和脱模。
Due to its superior material properties, FRP products are widely used in the environmental protection and construction industries. The release of FRP is a key technology for shaping glass steel products. In this paper, the linkage mechanism is adopted to design the adjustable mold core of FRP tube demoulding machine, and carry out motion simulation analysis. By controlling its horizontal movement position, the production and demoulding of glass fiber reinforced plastic cylinder are completed.
