原发性膀胱小细胞神经内分泌癌1例并文献复习

摘要
目的探讨膀胱小细胞癌的临床表现和病理特征,提高鉴别诊断能力。方法报道一例原发性膀胱小细胞神经内分泌癌的诊治经过,并对相关文献进行复习,综合分析该肿瘤的流行病学及临床表现、病理特征、诊断、治疗方法及预后等情况。结果 /结论原发性膀胱小细胞神经内分泌癌是一种临床罕见的高度恶性肿瘤,主要依据组织病理学来进行诊断,目前尚无公认的标准治疗方案,本例患者术后给予依托泊苷0.1gd1+卡铂0.3g d1方案化疗,目前正在随访中。早诊早治是提高预后的重要手段。
Objective To discuss the clinical manifeationg and pathological features of the Small cell carcinome of the bladde,thereby ipprove the bility of antidiastole. Methods This paper reports the diagnosis and treatment of a primary small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the bladder, reviews related literatures, and comprehensively analyzes the epidemiology and manifestations, pathological features, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the tumor. Results/conclusion Primary small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the bladder is a highly malignant tumor rarely seen in clinic, which is mainly diagnosed according to histopathology. Currently, there is no recognized standard treatment program. This patient was given etoposide 0.1 g d1+carboplation 0.3 g d1 systemic chemotherapy postoperatively,and follow-up is currently under way.Early diagnosis and treatment is an important means to improve prognosis.
