分析精细化病案管理模式的优势与作用

摘要
目的研究精细化病案管理模式对病案管理的优势与作用。方法选择我院2017年1月—2019年2月实施精细化病案管理模式前后各1 200例病案为研究对象,其中实施前1 200例病案为对照组,实施后1 200例病案为观察组,对照组应用常规病案管理模式,观察组应用精细化病案管理模式,对比两组病案质量合格、资料缺失以及病案有误引发医患纠纷等具体情况。结果观察组病案首页质量合格率高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组病案资料缺失率与医患纠纷发生率均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论医院在病案管理中应用精细化病案管理模式能够提高病案管理的质量,减少发生病案信息错误与医患纠纷等不良事件。
Objective To study the advantages and effects of refined medical record management mode on medical record management.Methods 1 200 cases before and after the implementation of the refined medical record management model in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects. The former 1 200 cases were the control group, the latter1 200 cases were the observation group, the control group used t h e c o n v e n t i o n a l m e d i c a l r e c o r d m a n a g e m e n t m o d e l, a n d t h e observation group used the refined medical record management model. The quality of the two groups of medical records was qualified, the lack of information and the errors of the medical r e c o r d s w e r e c o m p a r e d. T h e s p e c i f i c c i r c u m s t a n c e s s u c h a s doctor-patient disputes are triggered. Results The qualified rate of the first page of medical records in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05); the rate of missing medical records and the incidence of doctor-patient disputes in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application o f r e f i n e d m e d i c a l r e c o r d m a n a g e m e n t m o d e l i n h o s p i t a l c a n improve the quality of medical record management and reduce the occurrence of adverse events such as medical record information errors and doctor-patient disputes.
