摘要
目的分析中药治疗放射性肺损伤研究主题与合作情况,为该领域研究提供参考。方法计算机检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中文科技期刊数据库(维普网)建库至2017年9月24日收录的中药治疗放射性肺损伤相关研究文献。采用BICOMS-2分析软件对主要信息进行抽取、整理并生成共现矩阵,采用Ucinet6.0软件NetDraw绘制网络图,采用Gcluto对关键词进行聚类分析。结果共纳入文献552篇,研究数量总体呈上升趋势,2014年达到高峰;目前该领域研究人员及机构众多,许多作者及单位之间存在一定合作关系。研究主要集中在中药注射液、汤剂、中西医结合治疗在胸部放疗患者的放射性肺炎和肺纤维化防治中的价值这三大主题。结论目前该领域研究存在地域不平衡性,且长期从事该领域研究者相对较少,建议今后研究尽可能跨区域合作开展,同时也可探讨联合利用其他干预手段达到防治放射性肺炎和肺纤维化目的。
        Objective To analyze the research topics and cooperation of TCM for radiation induced lung injury; To provide references for further research in this field. Methods Literature about TCM for radiation induced lung injury in CNKI, CBM, VIP and WanFang database were searched from establishment to 24 th September 2017. The BICOMS-2 software was used to extract and manage the keywords and produce co-word matrix. Ucinet6.0 NetDraw was used to draw the network figure, and Gcluto software was used to analyze and cluster the keywords. Results Totally 552 articles were included, showing that the number of research was in the overall upward trend, and reaching the peak in 2014. Currently there were many researchers and institutions involved in the field, and there was a certain cooperation relationship between the authors and the research institutions. The current study focused on the value of TCM injections, decoction and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment for radiation pneumonitis and pulmonary fibrosis prevention in patients with chest radiotherapy. Conclusion There is a regional imbalance in TCM for radiation induced lung injury, and the number of authors who are engaged in this field for a long time is relatively small. It is suggested that the researchers will carry out cross regional research and combine other intervention measures in the future, in order to achieve the purpose of preventing radiation pneumonitis and pulmonary fibrosis.
