摘要
以射干苷为指标,采用单因素实验法考察浸泡对川射干提取转移率的影响,采用正交试验法优选川射干的最佳提取工艺,采用HPLC法测定10批川射干中射干苷含量,计算其临床利用量.结果显示:川射干的最佳提取工艺为,浸泡至过心后加8倍量水,提取2次,每次2 h; 10批川射干中射干苷含量与临床利用量呈负相关.结果表明,建立的评价方法将药材中化学成分与实际利用效果相结合,为川射干及其他中药材品质评价提供了一种新思路.
The effect of soaking on the Iridis Tectori Rhizoma's extract transport rate is tested by the single factor experiment based on the index of tectoridin,and the optimum extraction process is selected by the orthogonal test. The content of the tectoridin in 10 batches of Iridis Tectori Rhizomais is determined by HPLC method,and the clinical utilization is calculated. The best extraction process for Iridis Tectori Rhizomais is to add 8 times of water after it has been soaked with the water getting through the center,and extract it 2 times for 2 hours each time. The content of tectoridin in the 10 batches of Iridis Tectori Rhizoma is negatively correlated with its clinical utilization. It is concluded that the method established in this study combines the chemical components in the medicinal materials with the actual utilization effects,and provides a new idea for the quality evaluation of Iridis Tectori Rhizoma and of other Chinese herbal medicines.
