摘要
采用紫外—可见分光光度计和红外光谱仪分别测定10批金银花药材与10批山银花药材,建立金银花药材的对照紫外—可见及红外指纹图谱,并利用相关系数法计算10批山银花样品紫外—可见指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱的相似度,建立红外指纹图谱共有峰率和变异峰率双指标,分析金银花与山银花质量差异.结果显示,在紫外—可见指纹图谱中,山银花药材图谱与对照图谱的相似度均在0. 957以上,在红外指纹图谱中,金银花样品与山银花变异峰率大于共有峰率.结果表明,以紫外—可见指纹图谱评价金银花和山银花质量时,二者内在质量相似,但以红外指纹图谱评价二者质量时,内在质量差异较大.
        Ten batches of Flos Lonicerae and ten batches of Radix Lonicerae were determined by UVVis spectrophotometer and infrared spectrometer,and the UV and IR fingerprints of Flos Lonicerae were established.The correlation coefficient method was used to calculate the similarity between the UV fingerprint and the control fingerprint of ten batches of Lonicera japonica.The common peak rate and variation peak rate of the infrared fingerprint were established.The quality differences between honeysuckle and honeysuckle were analyzed.In the UV fingerprint,the similarity between the UV spectrum and the control spectrum was more than 0.957,and in the infrared fingerprint,the variation peak rate of honeysuckle and Flos Lonicerae was higher than that of common peak.The experimental results showed that when the quality of honeysuckle and Flos Lonicerae was evaluated by UV fingerprint,the intrinsic quality of both was similar,but when the quality of Flos Lonicerae and Honeysuckle was evaluated by infrared fingerprint,the internal quality varied greatly.
