摘要
根据汉十铁路140 m跨提篮式系杆拱桥钢管混凝土施工要求,通过掺入Ⅰ级粉煤灰、高性能膨胀剂、优化配合比等项试验,探讨了C55自密实微膨胀混凝土的配制及施工工艺。结果表明:配制的混凝土具有良好的工作性能和耐久性能,28 d抗压强度达69.1 MPa、14 d限制膨胀率达到0.028%。相关研究成果为汉十铁路提篮式系杆拱桥自密实混凝土施工质量奠定了扎实的基础。
According to the construction requirements of concrete filled steel tube in basket tied 140 m-span arch bridge of Han–Shi Railway, the preparation and construction process of C55 class self-compacting micro-expansion concrete are discussed by incorporating Class I fly ash, high-performance expansive agent, optimizing mix ratio and so on experiments. The results show that the prepared concrete achieves favorable working performance and durability. The28 d compressive strength is 69.1 MPa and the 14 d restrained expansion rate reaches 0.028%. The relevant research results lay a solid foundation for the self-compacting concrete quality of the basket tied arch bridge of Han–Shi Railway.
