基于智能结构视阈的口腔专科新入职护理人员培训方案设计与实践效果观察

摘要
目的探讨基于智能结构视阈的口腔专科新入职护理人员培训方案设计与实践效果。方法将我院2014年1月至2015年12月新入职护理人员30名作为对照组,将2016年1月至2017年12月新入职护理人员30名作为试验组。对照组采用轮转培训,轮转区域与轮转时间分别为:口腔内科系统1个月、口腔修复系统1个月、口腔外科系统2周、口腔急诊科1周、儿童口腔2 d、牙周病科3 d、消毒供应室2 d,由固定的带教护理人员进行理论传授与技能培训;试验组采用基于智能结构视阈的口腔专科新入职护理人员培训,比较两组新入职护理人员接受不同培训后的各观察指标。结果试验组培训后的口腔专科理论与技能考核成绩、轮转科室满意度评分均高于对照组(P <0. 05),轮转培训期护理不良事件发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论基于智能结构视阈设计与实践口腔专科新入职护理人员培训方案,可提高其专科护理理念与技能水准,降低发生护理不良事件的风险,提高轮转科室满意度。
        Objective To investigate the design and practice effect of training program for newly recruited nursing staff in stomatological department based on intelligent structure visual threshold. Methods To select 30 new nursing staff during January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital as the control group,and 30 new nursing staff during January 2016 to December 2017 as the experimental group. The control group was given rotation training. The rotation area and rotation time were as follows. The nursing staff in oral medicine system received 1 month of training. The nursing staff in oral repair system received 1 month of training. The nursing staff in oral surgery system received 2 weeks of training. The nursing staff in oral emergency department received1 week of training. The nursing staff in children's oral cavity department received 2 days of training. The nursing staff in periodontology received 3 days of training. The nursing staff in disinfection supply room received 2 days of training. Theoretical teaching and skill training by fixed teaching nursing staff were given to these staff. The experimental group adopted training program for newly recruited nursing staff based on intelligent structure visual threshold. We compared various observation indicators of the two groups of new nursing staff after receiving different trainings. Results After the training,the results of the oral specialty theory and skills assessment as well as the rotation department satisfaction scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence of adverse nursing events during the rotation training period was lower than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion To design and practice training program for newly recruited nursing staff in stomatological department based on the intelligent structure visual threshold can improve its professional nursing concept and skill level. Meanwhile,it can reduce the risk of occurrence of adverse nursing events,and improve the satisfaction of the rotation department.
